My Story

When Everything Falls Apart, Better Things Begin

I'm Supriya Thukral, and for most of my life, I did everything "right." I studied hard, got into a top-tier business school in India (IIM Indore), and then high-flying jobs at Goldman Sachs, political consulting, and startups.

Until one day, my body gave up before my mind could.

Years of stress, overwork, and suppressed emotions caught up with me. I burned out. My health deteriorated. I developed lifestyle disorders. And as life would have it, everything came crashing down at once—job loss, a painful divorce, and an identity crisis that left me feeling completely lost.

Through this journey, I realized healing isn't about forcing change; it's about allowing it. It's about unlearning, releasing, and reconnecting with ourselves in ways we never knew were possible.

Now with tools from my own journey and formal trainings I help high-achievers like you recover holistically. Stress, trauma, or disease doesn't define you—I'm here to guide you back to your strongest, most aligned self.
