With exposure to diverse traditions and modalities, we move beyond “one-size-fits-all” solutions. While organized into three pillars, these practices often interweave to meet your unique journey and goals.

These practices are helpful in supporting both physical concerns (metabolic balance, hormonal health, pain management, cardiovascular health, chronic conditions) and mental/emotional wellbeing (anxiety, depression, CPTSD, a disregulated nervous system). In cases where professional medical care is necessary these should be used as complementary tools and not as replacements. 

My Story

When Everything Falls Apart, Better Things Begin

My name is Supriya Thukral and for most of my life, I did everything “right”. I studied hard, earned my MBA from IIM Indore, a top-tier B-School in India, and then high-flying jobs at Goldman Sachs, political consulting, and startups.

 

Until one day, as life would have it, it all fell apart!

Years of stress, overwork, and suppressed emotions caught up with me. I burned out. My health deteriorated - hormonal and gut issues got the worst of me. My mental health even worse - anxiety, panic, depression, CPTSD and lingering hopelessness. Everything came crashing down at once - job loss, a painful divorce, and an identity crisis that left me feeling completely lost and shaken.

What saved me was gentle, holistic, natural ways of returning to myself - dropping from head to the heart. And, I discovered a strength far greater than the one I thought I had when I was achieving it all! Along this journey, I realized healing and wholeness isn't about forcing change, it's about allowing it. It’s about softening, unlearning, and remembering who we are beneath the noise.

 

Today, I carry forward this wisdom with love, passion and purpose as my guiding forces. Drawing from both my lived experiences and formal trainings I hold space for driven, passionate people like you to reconnect with their happiest, most authentic selves. Stress, trauma, or illness do not define you.

 

You are so much more. My work is simply to remind you of that - and to walk alongside you as you heal, reprogram, and awaken to your best self.
